I’ve hooked up with a provider who offered BBFS without requiring any negative test from me. It cost an extra $100, and based on the reviews, it seems she offers this to everyone.

I understand there’s a debate about whether BBFS with a provider could be physically harmful, but I think there are two perspectives to consider here.

First, let me explain why I think going bareback with a provider who doesn’t require a negative test might be alright.

1. The girl takes several penicillin shots before each session to protect herself—and her clients—from diseases.

2. Most providers are aware that being careless could have serious consequences for them. If they get infected with anything, they might be unable to work for weeks or even months.

On the other hand, what speaks against going bareback is that these girls—who often have regular clients—might see 8-9 guys a day, and they can’t realistically inspect each and every one of them.

The girl I did this with went by the stage name Barbie. She charged $100 for BBFS. I asked her about it in the middle of the session, threw the money on the table, took off my condom, and continued.

Having sex without a condom is SO much better than with one.

Now, would you—or have you—had BBFS with a provider who didn’t require a valid test?

As a health professional, this is the worst and this is how STD’s are transmitted and outbreaks occur,

First, there is no such thing as taking penicillin as a prophylactic, that’s not how that works,

Second, just knowing getting a STD would not only affect their work, it would have long lasting lifetime effect on their health and quality of life

Whether you partake in BB with regular women, sex workers, PS, the difference is, there is no difference

The girl you met on a dating site could have an undetected STD from her last boyfriend who was also having BB with other girls he met on dating site behind her back,

I’ve seen so many cases of woman who is only having sex with her partner acquire an STD from their partners because the man was having sex BB with other women

Having BB sex without knowing the current status of yourself and the person you are having sex with is like playing Russian Roulette

Yes, when I see a PS, I do know their status, and it’s their responsibility to know the status of the person they are havimg BB with, and it’s my responsibility to be tested before and get tested afterwards

No I wouldn't, it's either she has something and is speed running thru life or doesn't have something yet but will in time.

If I tried to justify it it would be she has something and takes PeP or is cautious and takes PrEP - what the F is penicillin going to do when you got HIV. Plus PeP and PrEP doesn't cover everything.For a provider to not ask for a negative test it would have to be that they are taken something (a ton of pills) to make catching something low or they just don't care

I’m not a medical professional, but I’m smarter than the average bear when it comes to medical topics, often as knowledgeable as anyone who isn’t a medical professional. When I read this statement, I don’t even understand it. Ignoring what @drnu rightfully said about penicillin as a preventative measure not helping at all, how would a regular provider get access to “several penicillin shots” before each session and if someone could get that, why would they do this to themselves? And who even uses plain penicillin anymore? There are different mixes and variations of penicillin that are used to treat very specific types of bacterial infections out there. I mean, if she really did this, then good for her making sure her non-contagious tonsillitis is really gone, but it won’t help anything viral.

I know that getting tested is the right thing to do but when you’re in the middle of the session and she takes your condom off, you don’t think with your brain, you think with your other head (where currently is your blood going) and just go with the flow and if you believe in God, you pray to him and expect the best outcome. I mean, when I was living in the States I didn’t have a partner so I knew that at least from me, they weren’t going to catch some disease and I knew they didn’t have a disease because if they have that, they can’t work.

I know it’s a stupid thought and I’m a moron for thinking and saying that.

The thing with your situation is that you can’t know that she has nothing simply because of her job, because if she’s done that same thing with other guys who aren’t tested, she could have something and not know it or not know it yet.

I know it wasnt directed at me but i believe some of these things have incubation periods longer than 1 week so the provider's test could just show a bunch of false negatives. So one shouldn't go in thinking everything is sweet , it is better than someone who has absolutely no idea of their status though

If everyone involved from female porn stars to their boyfriends to male talent to their girlfriends to clients all get tested regularly, the chances of infection are extremely low. It’s when someone interacts with an unknown and they get tested before something is detectable and pass it to others that problems arise. I think we can all agree that 7-day testing makes this as safe as it can possibly be. Safe enough for many of us to take the chance but not safe enough for everyone.

I've also had "unprotected" sex with my sugarbabe many times, without getting tested afterward. Looking back, I should have. I don’t know if she had other VIP clients who had unprotected sex with her — she probably did.

i was the same way with 2 well known PS where it was in the heat of the moment right as the fucking started. I didnt have any partners either; it was moreso a risk for me with them.

That said, I won't say i've never partaken, shit definitely happens when thinking with your little head but I know its an absolutely insane move.

Now knowing this I do notice when I go on TER and read reviews from the AMP's in NYC some of these chicks are getting loads dumped in them daily that could be measured by the gallon and for the most part I never really hear about AMP's being nexus points for major outbreaks of anything. I also pretty much have never seen a dude leaving a review anywhere going COCO GAVE ME THE FUCKING CLAP.

That could be from people not reporting but based on the sheer volume of clients i'm always surprised to never hear about it.

I always assume all the hundred dollar extra for bare AMP chicks are on prep and use shit like Prophylactic antibiotics / antibacterial/viral soap showers throughout the day. None of this is recommended substitutes for safe sex but between prep largely knocking out the HIV concern and transmission rates for the bad std's being lower than most people think I don't know how dangerous hitting it raw without a rubber actually is.

You're still definitely playing Russian Roulette but maybe it's pointed at your leg and its a .22 not a .357. and its 15 chambers not 6. 7% chance worst case it goes off and sure it may knick your femoral and kill you but you're much more likely looking at a few weeks of pills.

Prophylactic antibiotics for short periods of time like say a tour and even long periods of time like chicks with chronic sex related UTI issues is totally normal and the antibiotic resistance issue while a concern is largely overhyped. You shouldn't fuck a chick bare without knowing status but theres tons of good studies showing taking antibiotics beforehand is good. without any other info i'd sure as shit rather bbfs a chick taking Prophylactic antibiotics than one who isn't

STD’s are not going to be reported in TER, and most of the time men do not even report STD symptoms to a physician. Men would rather live with mild STD discomfort than admit they caught and STD, and also a majority of times they are asymptomatic but still a carrier of the STD, thus becoming more of a danger to the next woman they have unprotected sex with.

Women are much more likely to be affected by an STD because by nature they have a larger surface areas of genito-urinary space to cover and higher likelihood to be infected

Do not be lulled into false security with underreporting and even the use of PreP is only effective when taken consistently, and you need to know who is actively taking it, and if they are actively taking it then they are living with HIV

AGAIN, DO NOT DOWN PLAY, THE SERIOUSNESS OF STDs AND THE NEED FOR PRECAUTION, THIS IS HOW EPIDEMICS START

even with PS who are actively shooting and testing every 2 weeks or more, there are still outbreaks that occur, and now magnify that to the hobby community which is “underground” and consists of millions of people
