One conversation completely changed how I look at seeing providers locally.
Just yesterday, I met up with another hobbyist/dear friend and we got into the financial side of this lifestyle.
We would both love to go to places like Thailand or Argentina where providers are a heck of a lot cheaper than in the west.
But then he said something that stuck with me:
Sure, you can go abroad and get days of fun for the same price as one local session. But you trade comfort, familiarity, and peace of mind.
There’s something to be said for staying local — knowing the scene, the standards, and what to expect.
Maybe the goal isn’t finding it cheaper… but earning more to see the providers you want to see.
What do you gentlemen think — is it smarter to travel for quantity, or work harder for quality at home?

The more we talked, the more it made sense. You don’t need to fly across the world to get a good experience — you just need to put yourself in a position to afford the providers you actually want at home.“Work hard, play harder.”
