What has the same effects as Viagra (but isn't the blue pill)..

Other than the usual, Kam viagra etc.
Is there anything that has the same effects but doesn't congest your nose as much?

I always almost empty a bottle of Nasal Spray (10 ml) whenever I use the blue pill.
Any help or suggestions is much appreciated!
