Speaking of education and this hobby, today was a day they almost intertwined, lol. I had a date planned with Munro Blaxxx
(Alluring Intros) today. She texted me about a month ago, and told me she was going to be in NYC in April, and would love to see me again. I had planned 3 hours with her, which included meeting for brunch.
I only have taken 1 day off from work this year. Ironically, it was when I saw Munro in December, lol. It was extremely cold that day, with a high temperature of only 15 degrees. The weather in Manhattan today is 65 and sunny.
I bought my train ticket for the LIRR this morning. I had stopped at 7-Eleven prior to departure on the train. I then got a text from Munro that she wasn’t feeling well, and needed to reschedule. I completely understood. I told her not to worry, and to get well soon!
Instead of wasting my ticket, and since I already took off, I decided to go into the city anyway. It’s been a nice day. Of course it would have been better with Munro. But these things happen sometimes. Nothing you can do.
While in the city, I decided to stop at my alma mater - Hunter College. This is where my educational journey started. It was nice to walk around the campus, and relive some great memories.
