We all want to last longer—there’s nothing worse than booking an hour or two (or even three) and then finishing in 30 seconds. It’s happened to everyone at some point. I’ll admit that once, I barely got my pants down before the girl started, and 10 seconds in, I was done. That was a while ago, but it still haunts me to this day—the “what if” scenario. Even though I use ED medication now, the thought of what if still lingers in the back of my mind, even though it’s unlikely because I’m on the little blue pill.
If you prefer to stay away from ED medication and go natural, I completely understand. When I used to go without any help, I’d get advice like, “Do breathing exercises” or “When you feel like you’re about to finish, just pull out.” Easier said than done! If you’re balls deep and feel it coming, there’s no turning back—you’re going to finish right there.
Forget about all the fluff you find online about “breathing techniques” and other nonsense. There’s really only one effective way to last longer: regular solo sessions to build up stamina.
