Follow these steps to ensure your payment processes smoothly:
How to Renew Using Crypto (NOWPayments)
- Click Purchase on your chosen membership.
- A popup will appear titled "Confirm payment details."
Here you choose which cryptocurrency you want to pay with (Bitcoin, Ethereum etc.)
- Click Continue.
- The next screen will display:
- A QR code (scan this with your crypto wallet to auto-fill the address)
- A wallet address that you can copy/paste manually if you prefer
- The exact amount required
- Send the payment from your wallet.
Make sure the amount matches exactly - no rounding, no adjusting
Closing the window too early is the most common reason transactions expire - even if the funds were sent correctly.
Why Do Payments Expire?
Crypto networks take time to confirm - sometimes a few seconds, sometimes a few minutes.
All recent failed attempts were correct payments, but the user left the page before confirmation.

If You Already Paid but It Expired
No panic - support can manually fix it.
Just send:
- Order ID
- TX hash
- Crypto used
