I say that there are pros and cons with both. I´ve had good experiences with independent escorts (that I find through local directories) and I´ve had good experiences with agencies, namely Tryst, as it's my preferred one.

My best experience was with a professional in the industry who books herself, both booking and in general.

I would say that "good" agencies will trump independents 99% of the time in that you will get what you paid for when it's expected, and it's safe for all involved. I'm presuming that means places like Tryst versus some of the k-girl or vegas/la (.ch)-type agencies that do the bait and switch or don't update/filter the shit outta their pics, or perfection models lol.

To be fair, it's rare to find a K-girl/org that uses actual, non-photoshopped photos. Most k-girl mongers rely on forums, like sex141, to get reliable info. If you're into k-girls, you're in it for the price to service ratio, not accuracy in pics. Once in awhile you can even find a "younger" under-30 PSE that's so much of a gem that pretty much only the regulars get much of a chance to see her.

I've gone thru a booker twice before because that was the only way, but I'm more comfortable just dealing directly with the provider. Simple and straightforward communication without a middle man. But everyone has their own comfort level on both sides.

Simple and straightforward communication with a provider is a phrase i laugh at after the last 6 months with an indy ive been seeing. In all seriousness there’s benefits to booking direct tho like better pricing and stress-induced death before I get too old. All depends on the girl I guess.

I've never booked through a middle man and I find the notion mostly silly until you get to the point where either the girl's time or your own time is worth enough money to pay someone else to deal with the hassle. I'm sure that point exists. I'm just not there, and have never booked with a girl that was there.

Booking through an agency in my early days made no sense. I saw it for what it was a way to add to the price that was already inflated, so you do the only thig that makes sense and go for indy providers. This worked for me for a time but after awhile you begin to see some providers you want just aren't possible without an agency. I originally though contacting them directly was the best way to avoid those agencies, but the providers just find it annoying and turn you in the direction you can contact them for that. Plus, it's a good way to be blacklisted.

Now, I can go through an agency and book independent. Though it is easier to have an agency do the work for you for it really depends on the provider; like what @tchase333 said.

I have only ever booked directly through the provider, no agencies, no assistants.

Yes, it sometimes means more legwork or gambling, but the only providers I would ever go through an agency to see are like absolutely unobtainable DREAM girls, and I don't have the funds for them anyway.
