My PSA went up on my last medical and because I lost my father at a fairly young age (69) to mastasized prostate cancer, I followed up with an MRI and a biopsy. The biopsy was not that fun and my spunk had blood in it for a month afterwards but glad I did it and everything came back negative. My elevated PSA is due to enlarged prostate.Shout out prostate cancer awareness

I do not have time for ignorance today. Real estate always wins if you know what you’re doing. Do some research and come back to the class later. Not starting a fight but I’ll put whatever real estate deal you want at whatever time period you want, and compare that to simply putting same amount into S&P500 fund. (I’ll even let you not include property tax, insurance, and maintenance as well to help out the real estate bros)
Lmaoooo I love the real estate bro response “you’re just to stupid” ok sir let me go back to managing 500 million in assets but go off kingI do not have time for ignorance today. Real estate always wins. Do some research and come back to the class later.
