I stumbled on one accidentally due to snapchat. I have a provider's name in my contacts, and snapchat was suggesting people to add from my contacts. Her snapchat name was her real name. She didn't tell me the name herself, so I haven't used it.

I learned a PS provider’s real name when she gave me her valet slip since I was paying for her parking. We saw each other multiple times, and used to talk periodically outside of that, so I had her real name in my phone to avoid any nosy questions if her PS name popped up when someone could see my phone, but I never used it when conversing with her.

I have been doing this for nearly 17 years and I almost NEVER use their real names
I can tell you that the emails or testes that I get where someone does use a providers real name...instant red flag and often its deleted
Providers think its creepy as hell.
if they WANT you to use their real name they will tell you their real name

Nope, I have an exception clause! I once had a provider slip some kind of drugs into her drink and then passed out on my couch. Had to call 911 and obviously I needed to use her real name lol.
