I dont know how trinity does hers but this is what I do
you cover the cost of her round trip flight and her hotel during her tour in whatever city
this gets you 10am-6pm of time
some fun in the room...lunch / Brunch then checking out the city maybe some lite shopping
back to the room for some goodbye fun and that's it
anal or filming might be a slight added cash to the girl but other than that their is no up charge or additional fee to the agency
this allows clients to use a credit card for travel in places like Travelocity or Expedia

Essentially, yes! It doesn’t have to be a first class flight though.

YMMV depending on the deal you strike up with the provider + agency.

The premise is that you cover the hotel, travel fees, and prebook their usual rate (standard at least 3 hours). The provider then schedules a tour in your home city, hence why it’s called “sponsored tour”.

This allows them to work without having to worry about if they will be out of pocket on travel expenses. What you get in return is an upgrade on your booking either at the start or end of the tour.

I.E. the 3 hour rate turns into an overnight

Again this is a rough outline. You can try to strike up a different deal and they may accept.

Other variations that have been pitched before is a “group sponsorship” which is the same idea except instead of an overnight, your group is guaranteeing that they will have multiple bookings and you’ll split travel costs.

Another variation is you cover the flights and hotel and then you get a chunk of time with them for that. If you look at some of the reviews here a typical amount of time is 8 hours for a sponsorship.

Here s a simple way to get more bookings. Lower cost for that model lol!

However the agencies have always had this 'floor' pricing mentality and I get it from their POV

They dont want to compete with themselves

the issue is some girls would have to agree to lower their own price.

I don't know her but I highly doubt she has any interest in flying from Europe to Seattle, Washington, even if it was sponsored. Probably would make sense sponsoring a tour to a city like LA/NYC/Miami and then flying there to meet her.
