This came across this tweet and I have to say this is pretty disgusting. Let me start off with saying there are two sides to every story and I don’t have all the information, but from what we see and the actions of this provider it looks like she handled the situation completely wrong.
The tweet paints the story as the provider doing the verification process and everything going well, she gets the information, approves it, and sends her location; only there was no deposit given. From the stand point of the client everything was done correct all the way down to sending a picture of himself to the provider on the hotel floor she was on, yet she specifies the client was wasting her time. What the fuck am I missing?
I don’t understand why the provider said the client was wasting her time or why she didn’t ask for a deposit that would have stopped the so call “waste of time”. All I know that there was a right way and a wrong way to handle this situation and putting this client all over her Twitter was the wrong way. There are steps that are taken for providers who deal with difficult clients and she could have easily Blacklisted this person, not that I believe this was Blacklist worthy.
For a provider to put a clients information out publicly is a violation of the client/provider confidentiality they share. Yes, I know it’s not a written rule but it’s the one thing the client and provider understand about the arrangement and this provider broke that. So, to save this from happening to anyone else the Provider name is Jessica. This is her information.
