I got the idea for this post from @MichealCohen’s thread about how he personally made the most out of his sessions.
I thought I would make a list of a few options, along with their potential side effects. The side effects I will list do occur, but as with any medication, some people experience them while others do not.

I know what most people would think, and I did the same: 'vision changes.' I’ve never experienced that, and I’ve been using the blue pill regularly for about a year. However, some people have reported suddenly seeing things less vividly and with a blue-ish tint. Again, it is far from everyone who experiences this.
2. Cialis (Tadalafil)

I can see why Cialis is so appealing to many. The usual dose that most people take is 10 mg, although in rare cases, it can be higher. It works in the same way as Viagra, as they are both PDE5 inhibitors. I've never used it, but from what I've heard, it's pretty awesome.
3. Levitra (Vardenafil)

The maximum recommended dose is 20mg. It should be taken without food. It lasts around 5 hours.
4.Vitaros (Alprostadil Cream)

This medication is different from the others on this list because it is applied by squeezing the cream directly into the urethral opening. Its effects can last up to 2 hours.
5. Bluechew

This 'pill,' which isn't really a pill in the usual sense but rather a chewable one, is only available in the U.S. and is pretty easy to get. All you have to do is go to their website, answer a few questions about your health, and they'll ship the tablets to your door.
There are, of course, illegitimate options too, such as 'Power Hours' (which was recently pulled from several sex shop websites in the Nordics). Reportedly, they were like Viagra on speed, and one pill could ensure that you would be able to satisfy your partner for a whole night. I would not recommend going with the illegitimate options, as no one really knows what's in them. The people who made and still make the 'Power Hours' pills claim that it's an 'all-natural pill,' but that is just not true. Such powerful effects cannot be achieved using only natural ingredients.

In most countries, you can obtain a prescription online without having to physically see a doctor. However, always stay away from websites that sell ED medication without requiring a prescription. Most of these illegitimate pills are laced with drugs that are not listed on the label.
