I’m also considering paying up for a threesome so I feel like it would draw attention if I pick up two ladies from the lobby.

Funny enough, I just stayed at a hotel on Fremont that didn't require it, The D (Great name considering what we're talking about), you just walk in, punch in the floor into their elevator lobby and it takes you there. Problem is all of the hotels I normally stay at are either patrolled or need key cards.

I've had that concern but earlier this year I stayed at the Virgin (opposite pun from above) and picked up two ladies from ground floor because of needing a key. They were even dressed in a manner that made it pretty clear what was going to happen (heavy makeup, thigh-high boots, etc.). I don't think the hotels care, at least not the Virgin. I do believe the elevators further back (can't remember the tower) in the Virgin don't require a key.

It's been a couple of months since I've visited, but Fontainebleau just requires you to flash your key card to security. They haven't changed the way their cards look since they opened, so I've just given an old card to providers so they can freely get around.

Cosmo does require a key card. On the other hand, I’ve never had a concern meeting friends in the elevator area. There is a lot of people traffic, so you just blend in.

I've stayed at the same resort hotel for the past few years each time I visited Las Vegas. The elevator requires a key card to move and the hotel has a lounge area around the corner from the front desk. I've either had the lady meet me in the lounge area or I would walk with her from the parking garage that leads to a key card entry right by the elevators. Just know the layout and keep in good contact with the provider and you'll be able to get her in the elevator and up to your room without much fuss. Hell, I had Kitana Montana (Tryst Agency) meet me this way and I'm pretty sure the front desk staff just noticed yet another extremely attractive woman walking through their doors, but they had no idea (or care) where she was headed beyond that...

Most hotels won't care as long as you're not causing any trouble for any other guests. It's Vegas. I guarantee you they've seen crazier things around.

An ordinary person bringing up 2 providers likely happens every hour in that city.

Stayed at Bally's a couple years back (now called horseshoe). They only had elevator security on the main casino floor.

The food court/amenity level did not have any security and is accessible by the public via e Flamingo dr. The entrance closest to the battlebot arena.

But I wonder if they changed up security with the new name? New management maybe?

This was my observation also, when I was there a couple years ago. I believe the rooms in question were in what was called the Resort Tower. If you're on the casino floor, there are stairs right by where the elevators are, to get down to where nobody is ever posted. Always seemed like a weird security choice, to me.

On the other hand, the other tower, Jubilee (now the Versailles Tower for Paris), always had security.

Green valley ranch in Henderson is great! Because the casino is adjacent to the hotel (instead of below) There are easy and discreet access points to the hotel. You still need the room key but it’s very easy to meet the girl in the casino area then take her to the side hallway that leads to the elevator without going past a security desk.
