TTS questions

Considering using TTS but have a few questions hoping somebody can help with.

When using a non-TTS facility (AFC Urgent Care), do I need to provide them with insurance info? Or can just give them paperwork from TTS that shows it's prepaid?

Is appointment needed or can just walk in?
