This truly fucked me up. I had a hard time wrapping my head around it to the point where I had to ask the MOD team and call a couple friends just to make sure I wasn’t overreacting. I knew I wasn’t based on one tweet that was sent to me—but still, I had to be sure I wasn't being biased about the other stuff. So let me start from scratch and walk you through it.A new member came to me, letting me know that Olivia Bentley was racist. Now, that’s a huge accusation—especially for someone like me who tries to stay fair. After seeing the message, I did what I could: I asked for proof. The member DMed me screenshots and links to Olivia’s X (formerly Twitter), and honestly, I was shocked.
One screenshot in particular (you’ll see it below) screamed out at me for obvious reasons—it had me disgusted. The others weren’t as extreme but still gave off a bad feeling.
Now, look, this member is brand new. And one of the first things they did was drop this info. No disrespect to them, but I had to do my due diligence. We’ve had new people come in just to try and tank providers’ reputations, and I wasn’t going to post something without being sure it was legit. After digging and doing the research, I confirmed it—it’s true.
And I couldn’t believe it. How the hell did I miss this shit?
I gave Olivia a platform—to talk, to share her story, and for us to get to know her better—without knowing who she really was. Then it hit me: I wasn’t the only one. Olivia’s been on multiple media outlets—Whatever Podcast, New York Post, even Candace Owens' podcast. I don’t think they knew either—or maybe they didn’t care.
Thing is, Olivia hid it well. If you just skim through her X profile, you probably wouldn’t catch anything. But if you really dig into her replies and comments, you’ll see it. She's careful with her words—but the mindset is there if you’re paying attention.
Now, this is where I wonder if I'm reaching a little. It seems like she comments just enough to show her true colors without being super obvious. I don’t know if it’s on purpose, but it's there—and it’s hard for me to figure out exactly where my mindset should be on it.
