I'm looking for some insight on the city of lights that is Las Vegas. There has been a lot of speculation about what's going on in Vegas right now and I really don't know what to believe. People have been going on about the state of Las Vegas it has been on my mind. I do my research on things myself finding out that more then half of what I read and watch is all bullshit, but I noticed something while going through all this. No one is talking about how this could be effecting the providers in Vegas at all.
So, I've heard every reason under the sun about this Vegas slump. A lot of it political which could be very true, but as you all know I DON'T GIVE A FUCK ABOUT POLITICAL VIEWS. As true as it maybe, I don't care. I care more about what the slump is doing to the city more then how it was done. I've heard everything from people being laid off, to dealers being replaced by automated machines, to the famous Las Vegas strip being a virtual ghost town during peak hours. This is something's I know off of me watching a documentary here and there, but I don't know how true this all is. As interesting as it all ways to watch and dissect I really wanted to know how this was effecting providers in the area.
As much as we all want to ignore, Las Vegas or rather the state of Nevada is the Mecca of providing for the United States. What happens this for the hobby could possibly send a ripple effect to the rest of the country and after seeing a few comments in the community I'm beginning to believe it's already happening. I can't pinpoint where I saw the comment, but one of us wrote that they could see that hard times were hitting providers. That after seeing a pornstar promote themselves in a way unlike them that a type of a recession is coming.
Mind you, I don't like using the word recession. Not because I don't believe it's real it's not the lockness monster, but because it's usually associated with politics and again, I DON'T GIVE A FUCK ABOUT POLITICAL VIEWS. However, I was taught by someone if you want to know about the state of any country look no further then the providers who are working in it. They probably won't tell you what's happening to them more show you through rates and fees. I've seen rates change for providers often not so much asscoiating it with a recession though I believe I should be now.
I can't make heads or tails of the state of Las Vegas. I don't live in the city, so me speaking on it wouldn't make much sense in the slightest even if I had information. I'm not saying not to trust anyone outside of Las Vegas, but only someone who lives there would know the truth. Now, would that someone know the state of their city exactly most likely. Would I trust them over a provider who literally handles money everyday balancing out their expanses for marketing, hotel fees, clothes, makeup, etc in the most sex oriented state in the country? Probably not.
