One thing we all want is to last long—have that stamina that makes you feel like a powerhouse in the bedroom. Even after 10 years in this hobby, I still find it challenging to maintain endurance at times. It depends on multiple factors, but over the years, I’ve learned a few key things that have significantly improved my longevity in bed.

That’s why I’m sharing my personal journey when it comes to building stamina and endurance in this game - and what I find that works.

The Most Important Rule: No Long Breaks

If there’s one thing you should take away from this, it’s do not take long breaks—or better yet, don’t take breaks at all. Consistency is everything. If you want to maintain or improve your stamina, you should be seeing at least one provider per week throughout the entire year. Skipping weeks will only set you back.

I’ve found that solo sessions at home, including “edging,” don’t help nearly as much as actual real-world experience. When you’re with a girl, there’s so much more happening—visual stimulation, physical touch, body heat, chemistry, and the excitement of the moment.These are things that can’t be replicated in solo play, which is why relying on it too much won’t do much for your endurance.

Real-World Experience Matters

To give a personal example: last week, I saw 6–7 different girls in a short period. As the days and sessions went on, I noticeably lasted longer. Start with BJ Action

One of the best tricks I’ve learned over the years is always starting with oral—especially a BJ. It’s the most natural way to kick things off, and personally, I find it much harder to finish from oral alone. So, letting her go down on me for 3–4 minutes before anything else is an excellent way to ease into the session without burning out too fast.
