Solo sessions do
(sadly) not transfer over to real stamina despite what several so-called “health” websites would like us to believe.
That’s another thing I’m actively trying to move away from and shift more toward the real thing. And honestly, I kind of have to, if I’m going to accomplish my goal of being with
80 providers in 2026.
With all the toys available today - auto blow, pocket pussies, even full-on sex dolls. none of it seems capable of replicating the touch of a real woman.
And maybe that’s partially mental… maybe it’s entirely mental. But the difference is still very real to me. How many times have I finished a solo session only to sit there afterward thinking,
“offf… what a complete waste of time.” That thought almost never crosses my mind when I’m with a woman. The warmth, the skin-to-skin contact, long deep French kisses, the atmosphere in the room, the tension, the anticipation.. it’s night and day.
Not even close.
Now, I haven’t completely cut out solo sessions. I still do it if the urge hits and there’s too long time until my next session.
I do also know though - from years of experience in this hobby, that solo sessions simply do
not translate into real-life stamina. Sadly.
You might last 20–25 minutes on your own, no problem. But put a real woman in front of you, and suddenly all that “practice” means absolutely nothing.
I remember my first few sessions when I started in this hobby… I mean,
wooohooo. Completely overwhelming. The tension was insane. The energy was different. Providers bring a whole other level of action, confidence, and sexual presence into the room. It’s a completely different skillset to respond to.
It made it painfully clear that solo sessions had given me a false sense of control. A false sense of stamina. Real encounters are louder, warmer, more intense, mentally and physically. And no amount of alone-time “training” can prepare you for that. The only thing that actually builds real stamina… is the real thing.
When that is said, PNC (also solo) is indeed real if you have a SB/ATF that you give gifts, but thats another topic for a different post (Pros & Cons).
It´s about going again and again, session after session. When I was at my very peak, I went from lasting only 2 minutes to lasting a full 8.
