The girls in the AM I saw no blood at all at insert site. A little blip if anything.
The girl in the afternoon, 3 different times we say but it was slow and couldn't keep it steady steaming.
On the top of my had a bump developed but it subsided dramatically still slightly swollen. My arm, was red at the draw sites. Now it's bruised and red.

You can draw tomorrow but not using the same vein, tell them what happened and see if they can draw blood at different sites, like a different arm or other spots.
It sounds like your vein was damaged, either ruptured or the needle went a little too far so it went through the vein instead of inserting into the lumen of your vein. This happens and is harmless except this vein is no longer useful for blood draw until its healed (several weeks).
Normally, your vein should hug around the needle to form a tight seal, and the syringe creates a vacuum. The negative pressure will draw your blood from the lumen of the vein. Now that the vein is damaged, it will collapse, which prevents the blood flow. A collapsed vein also does not form good seal, so its like sucking with a straw that has a crack on the side, it becomes very difficult to suck liquid or even at all.
Once your vein is damaged, it will become leaky, therefore your bruise and the area will feel softy, not as bouncy and a little irritating.
They reason they can not do it too many times is because if you keep damaging the same vein, the collapse will become permanent.
If my guess is right, no health concern what so ever, just draw at a different spot.
