I feel what you're saying BIG TIME!! Trust me, I´ve struggled with this exact same thing. Yes, It did both for me. Too numb, actually. I recommend trying it with yourself first to see how it will affect you and see if you get numbness because I don't think the numbness is typical.

I don't get hard and stay hard with either, they just make me harder while I'm hard but with Cialis, I could tell it was still in the system for 3 or 4 days.
