46591814_124_818d.jpgTwo years ago, we talked about Phyllisha Anne when she posted an ad on Eros, and I thought she might be worth considering. Phyllisha was a hugely popular adult actress back in ‘95, and if you were into porn back then, it was almost impossible not to love her. I was planning to make something happen—until I found out she had a criminal record and has continued her shady ways throughout her career. That includes her recent arrest in January for embezzlement.

Phyllisha’s scenes were some of the best in the industry. Her wild, high-energy personality made her a standout in every shoot, whether it was one-on-one or with multiple co-stars—she always brought the excitement.

But the legal trouble; It’s a mess.

She’s accused of misusing the adult union-linked debit card to take $3,873.50 for personal expenses between 2019 and 2021 while serving as an officer of the International Entertainment Adult Union (IEAU). A jury indicted her in October 2024, leading to an arrest warrant in December. If convicted, she faces up to five years in prison, fines, and restitution.

This isn’t even her first run-in with the law. Phyllisha has nine prior arrests (from 2006 to 2013), and she was caught up in financial controversies before—like the 2020 dispute over missing funds in the Adult Performers Actors Guild (APAG), a subgroup of IEAU. When authorities started investigating, she tried to dissolve APAG and falsely accused its officers of financial misconduct—only to retract the accusations later and issue an apology. But that didn’t stop the federal investigation, which eventually led to her indictment and arrest.

Honestly, this is just disappointing. After her previous convictions in 2013, I figured she might have turned over a new leaf. She had been quiet for a while—or at least, I hadn’t heard of any issues in 2023. That made her seem like a potential booking option. But this latest case proves otherwise.

At this point, Phyllisha isn’t worth the risk. She’s too much of a liability, and I wouldn’t be able to fully relax during a session. As much as I’d love to relive my teenage fantasies, booking Phyllisha now would just be a mistake.
