I'm curious if anyone has worked with PC and after booking an appointment plans had to change and needed to cancel original appointment. For full context, I booked Layla's visit to NYC about a week ago but just found out that I have to travel for work during the original time that I had made the appointment which is still 2 weeks out so I feel like I gave enough notice. This was an unexpected change in my job schedule so unfortunately had to cancel, but PC quoted back to me a 300 fee for cancellation. Are there repercussions for the cancellation fee if I don't pay? I wouldn't even mind it if it's a credit towards future use but somehow I feel like the actresses never see this money and it's just whoever is operating the email keeping the money for themselves - they didn't even bother giving details on how I should pay, i.e. card, Venmo or Zelle account, etc.
Appreciate everyone's advice and those with more experience with PC to figure out what actually is going on with this fee.
