Should the fault of others fall upon the masses? I’ve readied this a couple times trying to see this from both ends of the spectrum and all I keep getting is confused and a little pissed. This is a recurring factor how clients book and cancel their appointments but that’s why deposits are made. I understand that a providers time is important and this provider missed out on personal time with her partner, but making us pay for someone else’s mistake doesn’t make sense.
There are cancellations fees that can be made on top of the deposit yet that isn’t mentioned, so I’ll assume it was paid. There’s no reason to hurt future clientele who’s serious about seeing you.
