So this article was shared by one of the PS on X a few days back with the title I mentioned in the post heading
and here's the exerpt of the article:

The way the article is written had made me think that OF is not best for someone who is about to start career in adult entertainment but for someone who has been very successful in the industry and has a huge fanbase probably this could be why (maybe a stretch) many newly joined PS are either joining escort or just use mainstream companies as headstart and build up fanbase in 2-3 yrs and jump to using multiple platforms like Fansly, ManyVids to get more money.
Now this is just for 2023 don't know what it is for this year which might be revealed in next year
