Luna Baby (Tryst Agency) announced she was leaving mainstream porn. At first, I thought this might’ve been an impulse decision something we’ve seen other adult actresses do when emotions are running high. But when Luna followed up her retirement post, it solidified that she’s really done. And of course, you all know me when I hear “retirement,” I immediately start wondering what this means for us. If Luna is leaving mainstream, does that mean she’s leaving the hobby too?
Luna announced her retirement on the 26th of last month. She didn’t write a long, drawn-out goodbye letter to her fans. Instead, she kept it short, sweet, and to the point.
For those who have followed Luna since the start, this isn’t shocking. She entered the industry in 2019, starting with SFW content, then NSFW, and finally crossing into mainstream porn not long after. While she does have a fair number of mainstream credits, a look through her social media shows where her true focus lies she’s more of a content creator than a mainstream performer. Whether SFW or NSFW, Luna puts more of herself into her own projects than into the big-name scenes she’s appeared in.
That same passion shows when you watch her perform. Whether she’s sucking dick or taking it, Luna gives her all more in her own content than in mainstream. Sure, some of us wish we had seen more of her in bigger productions, but personally, I’m more interested in whether we’ll still have the chance to see her in person.
In her post, Luna made it clear she’s ready to move on to better things that mainstream porn no longer aligns with her ideals. Some might argue that providing doesn’t either, but as of right now, Luna is still listed on TA’s roster. Nothing to panic about yet. Still, if you’re interested, I’d suggest seeing her sooner rather than later. No one knows if staying a provider is in her long-term plans.
