A mentor once gave me two pieces of simple but great advice
-Keep in mind the truly wealthy have an average of 7 separate sources of income. 2 is just the start
-you work for you money, so that it can the work for you, when you realize what tha truly mean, your mindset will shift. If you best your ass for a paycheck and invest it all withing a couple of years you will have investments paying you so you can live off the returns work less and achieve more peace of mind, if you bust your ass for a paycheck, blow it all on bull shit then go bust your ass for 2 more weeks then you’re just staying in the circle, likely taking on more consumer debt and not growing. Avoid lifestyle creep for 2 years and you can change your life
Once you get a grasp on the second job start thinking of a passive investment opportunity that can generate monthly cash for fun and also lower your taxable income
(at least I can't think of own it
