Julianna has been quiet in the industry for some time now. She still shoots scenes, but it's usually two or three here and there. When Julianna first entered the industry, you could find her on every mainstream platform daily. Now, she mainly shoots multiple scenes for the same production studios, like Filthy Kings and Bang Bros. The majority of those are older scenes repurposed for DVDs, so you won't find much new content from Julianna.
Even though Julianna hasn't been very active, she still has her assets at her disposal: her 34E bolted-on breasts and the 38-inch round ass she's known for. I could have sworn it was bigger than that, but I'm sure it'll feel bigger from behind regardless.
Julianna is still based in Miami. It's very rare to see her outside of Miami or Florida for that matter, but with this new move with PC, maybe there are some tours in her future. The hourly rate for Julianna is $1,600. I don't know if many clients will pay that rate to see her, but I'm sure some big fans will. Considering Julianna's reputation and certain rumors circulating, that price might be a bit high.
