Is the “Ultra-Huge” Implants Race Dangerous?

I always try to stay on top of the “biggest boobs” scene - following creators like Angelika Baj and Nova Nice. I genuinely want them to succeed in reaching their goals. But at some point, a hard question has to be asked: what is the cost of going bigger and bigger, all the time?

Over the last 3–4 years we’ve seen several warning signs, but today’s case feels especially pressing.

This morning I opened X, scrolling past the usual mix of beautiful creators on my feed - until I stopped at what can only be described as a horror post from Angelika Baj. Just a week ago, she increased her implants volume from 4600 cc to 5200 cc. She uses expanders, a choice that many plastic surgeons openly criticize due to their history of rupturing when overfilled.

And now it appears that exact risk has become reality.

Angelika will more than likely need reconstructive surgery, and in the worst case could be left with implants in the “only” 1500–2000 cc range. That’s a massive physical and emotional setback after pushing boundaries for so long. Filling too much, too soon, can be deeply detrimental - not just cosmetically, but medically.

This isn’t an isolated incident. A similar situation happened with Nova Nice. While her implant didn’t leak during sleep, it still eventually failed - “popped,” as many would put it. Like Angelika, she also uses expanders, which are far less durable than traditional silicone or saline implants.

At this point, the hierarchy seems painfully clear:

Silicone / Saline » Expanders
