I’ve noticed that many creators on OnlyFans in 2024—and even before—have these “free OF” weeks here and there as a sort of promotion. The catch is that while subscribing might be free, by that point, around 95% of posts are behind a paywall, and it’s not just $5 or $10.

This is one of my issues with OnlyFans and the cash cow it’s become over the past few years. For almost every account I’ve subscribed to in the past—whether free or paid—the paywall for the models’ videos is often set at $20 or more. Sure, $20 might not seem much, but it adds up if you’re buying one, two, three, or even four videos.

If you really want to see a specific creator’s video, go ahead and support them, but think twice before subscribing. There’s less and less positive to say about OnlyFans these days. At some point, OnlyFans might be forced to change their TOS/rules, though they will likely fight any lawsuits that come its way.

They are trying to charge him/them with the RICO Act, that in itself means that they're pretty serious about going after only fans and their practices because basically they have been perpetrating a fraud. Sociology of Deviant Behavior states that: " In the absence of a visible authority deviant behavior will thrives. Only Fans is a prime example of the idiom: "A fish rots from the head down!" It's often used in a business context to describe how issues in a company usually begin with leadership and then spread to the rest of the organization. Laissez Faire never worked leading to regulatory agencies to protect the public from what we've been experiencing on that platform. I'm interested to see how this shakes out, my feelings; "Book'em Danno!" hit where it hurts in the wallet.

Most of the creators don’t run their own account and have chatters from other countries doing it for them. They take orders for custom content that doesn’t get delivered. And then of course there are models like Gianna Dior (Porn Companions), Rara Knupps and Ellie Nova (Tryst Agency) that just intentionally scam their paying fans
