What makes these girls give their private number to... what is essentially strangers, that they've meet for 1-hour sessions a few times.

In my experience, this was mostly to try to make it seem like you had a closer bond with the escort, and it wasn’t long before she started asking for things… I naively played into it for a while since we were having a lot of fun, but it eventually became too toxic, and as mentioned, she’s probably given her number out to a bunch of other clients. Are you referring to civilian escorts or pornstar escorts giving their numbers to clients? It depends on their personality. Some who are 'all business' will not give out their numbers. Some will. It also depends on why you want their personal number? Is it to cut out the agency to get a cheaper rate? Set up a sugar baby/sugar daddy relationship? Are you trying to date them? These are all factors. As long as they are not trying to manipulate you I take it as a compliment that a pornstar would give you their real number. I remember asking a PS for her number after meeting her and doing the deed at her hotel room for pay4play. She rejected me and gave me her email instead. She is an absolute trainwreck now would the usuall criminal felon boyfriend. I dodged that bullet.
