One of the shortest-lived adult careers will always be Diamond Jackson’s. I often wonder where she would be if she had continued shooting professional scenes. However, another actress who’s high on that list for me is Gina West.I had the pleasure of interviewing Gina West some time ago, and she was an absolute delight to talk to. She expressed how much she enjoyed her adult career and providing services, but she also made it clear that she didn’t want to continue past the age of 55. Well, Gina’s 55 now, and it seems like she’s made up her mind to retire from providing altogether.
About a year ago, Gina announced her retirement after finding someone she thought she could settle down with. She was very vocal about her decision, often showing this man off on her social media—until, suddenly, he was no longer featured. Afterward, Gina came out of retirement and returned to providing for a brief time. You could occasionally find her on Eros, but her presence was never consistent. One month she was there, and the next she wasn’t, so you had to catch her when you could.
Now, it seems Gina has fully committed to retiring from providing. She’s transitioned into a new career as a life and health insurance agent, helping clients in a more personally fulfilling way. I’m not sure if she plans to leave sex work entirely. She still has her personal platforms up, though they’re rarely updated, so it’s possible she may continue creating content—but I highly doubt it.
I, for one, wish Gina all the happiness in her new venture. I sincerely hope she finds success in this new chapter of her life. I’ll always regret not being able to book her while she was still active.
