As we all know, quite a few states around the US now has laws that requires adult sites to verify the age of their users using legal documents.
It is very UNLAWFUL, no doubt about that. The new law simply goes against the first amendment.
Hence why a "free speech" group is now filing a federal lawsuit against Indiana, challenging its new age-verification law.
Indiana´s appointed attorney - in according to the lawsuit - responded with the (WEAK) statement that children should not have access to porn.
The attorney continued "Children should be protected against porn and the consequences that viewing porn has on the brain".
They should just scrap the whole thing. I´m sure everyone knows how to use a VPN - or anyone of the thousands of other smaller porn sites.
Let´s see how it all ends.
