First IRL Meeting With EA Members

I'm in NYC. I wouldn't mind meeting someone to discuss this with IRL, considering the only people I've really been able to talk to about it are providers. I have a feeling I'm VERY different from most of you, but the vibe I've gotten from this board has been better than other online spaces I've been in.

Different in taste, personality, something else? I ask because King and I are about as different as you can get. Different races, different generations, upbringing in very different environments, yet we get along like we’ve been best friends for decades. I feel like most people on this board are all about inclusivity, not exclusivity.

Oh Yeah, the people on the forum are something special. I only think this because making this place into what it is isn't possible without literally all of you. Some of you really create a space that doesn't lead to judgment or anything like it to were we can meet and talk as if we're right here in the community. That shit is not easy to do especially with the atmosphere the world is in and you all made that possible.

There should be an official meet up organized with NDA's. One year, NY. The next year LA, Vegas, Chicago, Boston, etc. major cities. Fly in on a Friday. Social gathering Saturday, fly home Sunday. Recommending major cities so we can also book some after event company.

I'm in LA so I'm EXTREMELY jealous I didn't get to participate in this first meet up.

I’m sure there are enough of us from LA or close enough.

I’m not far from LA, and I have a chat going with another member on this board I now consider a buddy. It’s nice to have someone to talk to about the hobby. It’s all respectful, and it’s something most of us have to keep locked up from the rest of the world.

It’s nice to hear about then NYC meet up and how it’s guys from different generations, tastes, backgrounds, ect coming together as just some dudes sharing stuff and having a good time.

I’m sure a lot of us are in the same boat too where work and responsibilities consume our lives. From a male mental health aspect, it’s nice to have people to have a conversation with about probably the most secretive part of our lives.

This is something to think about for sure. Would be a great way to engage with everyone at least with certain members. I know everyone couldn't do this as much but it would give them a chance to make plans ahead of time and since it would only be once a year....... Yeah, this is something to think about.

Hell, maybe we should just rent a hotel room next time and order in food and all hang out and be able to talk completely freely. With DayUse, it probably wouldn’t cost all that much for each of us. And no worrying about eavesdropping. We’re all comfortable going to hotel rooms, right?

I have mad connections in Vegas. I could get book a multi room suite at the Bellagio or Venetian for a weekend at a great rate. Those that want to contribute to the cost of the suite could have a room. We can throw an event inside the suite and have it catered. We can book a performer or performers that specializes in large party entertainment. Friday night fly in, check in, and maybe dinner and drinks. After back to our rooms and connect with any dates if you booked them. Saturday sleep in since we will be up all night Saturday. Suite party Saturday. Sunday late check out and fly back home.

I’d be game with LV, as long as it’s with enough runway to get everything planned/saved for. Seems like a great time. Maybe @trystagency makes an appearance.

If there isn’t enough interest for a suite, a nice steakhouse dinner and drinks amongst gentlemen.
