If anything, this is just a recap for the London Boyz. Eliza Ibarra is set to be in your city for another four days or three, depending on where you see her dates posted. I thought it would be a bigger deal that someone as popular as Eliza was going to be in the UK, but it seems to be gaining about as much traction as a snail making the first-class trip over there.
I don’t think it has anything to do with the mountains of reviews Eliza has. With the dozens on TER and the handful here that paint her in a very favorable light, I really doubt the lack of noise is because of her rep. It’s possible it has something to do with the rate that’s being offered to see her, which is $3,500. This isn’t an everyday rate, nor is it a rate many providers have. It’s a rate given to very popular providers while at the same time, some give it to themselves to fit a delusion they might have. I don’t think Eliza is delusional in having this rate; she’s pretty damn popular.
I’d say the popularity mostly lies in the fans who dream of being with Eliza. There are a ton of fans who’ve proven her popularity, putting her pretty high on the pedestal. Whether the rate matches the experience is really up to the client to decide. The amount, to me, hourly, seems like a lot. However, for someone who’s always wanted to meet Eliza, it could be just right.
Either way, if you’re one of the London Boyz, you still have a couple days left. With that exchange rate being what it is, I couldn’t really say what you’ll actually be paying.
