I have been to Colombia many times. If you care about hotness and not budget conscious, then I would suggest you solely focus on Seeking. The strip clubs, brothels and street action is not what it used to be from pre-pandemic days. But on Seeking, you regularly get many 10/10 model quality girls for a relatively low price. I am a big bare guy, so I pay a slightly higher premium, but you can assume a price point between $120 to $250.
Like you, I hate surgeries and they are fairly common in Medellin, but going the Seeking route, you will find plenty of all natural women.
Also, once you like a girl on Seeking, my approach has been to ask her to introduce me to her friends and if they met my criteria, and I want to meet them, that I would pay her a small commission. It works like a charm! The benefit of this approach is that you get to meet girls that are otherwise not active on Seeking and it's insane how good the quality is!
I wouldn't recommend bringing girls to your own hotel, but instead avail many of the short term love motels that are available. They are reasonably priced, and offer additional safety because the front desk checks in on you once the girl leaves the room to make sure everything is ok. Love motels are entirely legal so you are not doing anything dodgy.
Medellin is a very very popular destination for Americans and you will have plenty of gym options and many very good quality restaurants. There are no equinox quality gyms of course, but will compare to many of the lower end, but functionally satisfactory gyms here in the US.
For restaurants, most of the find dining ones are based in El Poblado. Just use GMaps for all of this and you will be surprised by the variety and quality of the offerings.
Medellin is my favorite mongering destination and I am sure you will love it! Just use common sense as a solo traveler and dont chase drugs and you will have the best time!
