Looks like the money well is getting dry. She changed her primary residency to Manhattan, and for those who live there, we're no stranger to how insanely expensive simply living there is.
I would also add that NYC does have, relatively speaking, more relaxed prostitution enforcement than other parts of the country. Yes, it's still technically illegal by the letter of the law, but from what I've read, cops are reported to prioritize other crimes, and also loitering for the purpose of prostitution was decriminalized in 2021 IIRC, which is a step in the decriminalizing direction.
And Momdani has been muddy about decriminalizing prostitution as well, though given his platform, I'm sure he's going to decriminalize part of it, at least for women.
I would also be wary about what she advertises. For example "Deep tissue/happy ending massage" could be her own version of this, where you get a massage for like 30 seconds and a very sad handjob, which is technically what she is advertising, but extremely low effort, which is not surprising given what I have heard from others about her.
