There *could* be fake profiles but this profile is completely normal in london/uk and even other places in Europe. She could be new plus there’s a lot of competition over there since it’s legal so 160 pounds per hour is reasonable especially on this website AW as it’s more geared towards independent workers. And yes, extras would cost more but it’s actually pretty normal for a decent amount of extras to be free. BBBJ is actually really common and not charged extra for lol.
