On the down-side, the country has a lot of crime and you have to be careful, especially as a foreigner that doesn't speak spanish. You could quickly end up being drugged if you don't take the necessary precautions.

Russia
The average salary in the small-mid cities in Russia is just around $400 a month and that is good news for us.
