In case you missed it, Lana Analise recently shared on social media that she’ll be stepping away from sex work for a while due to a serious medical diagnosis.Lana, a well-known figure in the industry, has announced that she is battling cervical cancer and will be taking an indefinite break from work to focus on her health. After years of unexplained health struggles, she was officially diagnosed in September—finally getting answers to symptoms she had been experiencing since 2023.

It wasn’t until her current doctor ran further tests that her diagnosis was confirmed—just in time to catch it before it progressed beyond the early stages. While the full extent of the cancer won’t be known until her surgery in May, she remains hopeful.
Before taking her medical leave, Lana plans to make a final appearance at Exxxotica and take a brief personal trip. After that, her focus will be on recovery, and she will be stepping away from sex work indefinitely.
Now, I know I usually make everything about the hobby—and trust me, there are plenty of ways I could spin this into “see Lana before she’s gone.” But this is bigger than that. If you book Lana before she steps away, book her for extended time and leave her a generous tip. If you’ve seen her before, consider tipping her now just to show support.
