I've always been a bit mystified by the super high percentage of escorts who are completely against doing porn? It seems like your face is publicly out there having sex for money it seems like why wouldn't you just make more doing porn and be able to raise your rate. I've gotten reasons from escorts and sw subs over the years (but those are generally super trolly). Has anyone ever come across reasons for it?

Also, I know OF has gotten a lot more to do it, but a lot of times they're also solo or shitty POV crap that's basically unwatchable.

Yep it’s about exposure. While they might publicly provide you can’t look up them and see the act happening. You go to porn it changes the whole dynamic.

Porn = recorded sex for a fee for the world to see.

Escort = private sex for a fee, no recording.

It's both sex work but it becomes a public figure vs. remaining a private figure. You can't 'hide' ever doing porn but you can 'hide' ever being an escort. It's apples to oranges, really.

I think a strong part my the money as well. The majority of these women make more in a week what a lot of these actresses make in a month. They could go the Connie route become a pornstar there by giving yourself more exposure for both sides of the job, an easy two birds one stone. Still, With said exposure comes your life being all over the internet no matter where you turn. No doubt if some of them go the Connie route their income will grow, but the question gets asked. Is it worth it?
