When hiring Duos....paying one more than the other

I ran across this one....a DUO was coming to town but each one had their own " restrictions" as far as what they did and didn't do.

First One said No CIM/COF

The Second one allowed CIM/COF

After paying the basic rate, do you as a client feel the need to tip the Second provider more because she gave extra as far as service?

Maybe not to cause any divisiveness, you discretly tipped the second provider out of view of the 1st one.
