I don’t know if this is a client being idiotic, uneducated, or a plain old jackass. This is not the way to email a provider. Blatantly asking what you want the provider to do for you on the first message is very unprofessional even if you’re using acronyms. Expecting the provider to get back to you 24 hours later is not realistic whatsoever, so when asshole here decided to email her back calling her every name in the book for not getting back to him right away.
