This has been pondering my mind since I readied this article. Some of us go through certain apps looking for a provider for the ease of it not knowing who's in the other side. It can also be said for the somewhat traditional way of doing things, but there's comfort in that way unlike the other; IMO.
The article story does two individuals, Harold Mills and Leroy Green, were arrested in a prostitution sting operation. Mills, the vice chair of the University of Central Florida's board of trustees, allegedly contacted undercover agents on a hookup app at Sanlando Park, where he requested a BJ. Green, a 35-year-old employee of the Seminole County Sheriff's Office, contacted agents through the same app at Liberty Park while wearing a sheriff's office T-shirt. I say again, "Wearing a sheriff office T-shirt." Both face charges of prostitution and indecent exposure.
Green's car search revealed his department gun and ID badge. Mills' term on the UCF Board of Governors expires in 2026, and there has been no comment from UCF or board members. Mills also served on the board for Lift Orlando, whose president stated they are addressing the allegations. Both Mills and Green were released on bond, with Mills denying the accusations, while Green resigned from his position at SCSO. Two other men were also arrested in the sting operation.
I am desperately trying to figure out what app this is in hopes of any of us falling victim to it. I know there are some dating apps providers us to find clients on that have been lucrative for them.
