When you say no extra cost - you mean you don't pay anything besides flight + hotel stay?

So let's say it was LA to NYC - making up some numbers don't quote me $600 round trip flight + $200/night hotel x 3 nights. I would pay $1200 and that's it?

I would rework the cost for a business class flight, more nights, and a higher end hotel. That frames it more in real terms but my understanding is that your interpretation is right.
