Since everybody is sick of hearing me ask if providers allow recording of the action, but lots of you still want to know, I started compiling a list based on a past thread on the subject.
Should I post the list in a regular discussion post, or should I just DM it when people ask? I don't want to make it public if that's insensitive to the providers somehow. But I don't think it really matters.
So far I only have providers from one thread, but I'll look around for more and the list will grow over time. I plan on including the most recent confirmation date and the confirming member.
