Update - 5 Months on The Carnivore Diet

I started my journey in this whole carnivore space back in September last year with the sole goal of getting more stable erections (without viagra or cialis)
I provided a 3-month update here. In that I promised I´d wait another 3 months before providing any further updates.. but here we are.

I’ve been following the diet with absolutely no slip-ups, none at all - except for Christmas Eve and new years eve.
The best part is that I’ve trained my brain to not crave added sugar whatsoever. That’s a massive upside.

Another big milestone is that morning wood has returned and it’s not just “most mornings,” it’s every morning. How cool is that?

I also feel much more clear-minded. I execute tasks better, there’s absolutely no brain fog, and I’m fully present in real-life conversations. No more “I forgot what you just said.”

I’ve been on it for roughly five months now, and it’s been great.
Yes, I still drink soda, but only sugar-free ones like Pepsi Max.

Overall, this has been a very good experiment to see just how dramatically the body can change in a positive direction on its own.

I’ll conclude the experiment on March 15th. Perhaps I’ll start it again at a later point.

I would indeed recommend the carnivore diet to everyone, it´s the body's own medicine against well... almost anything.
