As we type, X is being flooded with the revelation of of HPV becoming the number one link to throat cancer. I was pretty oblivious to this myself since I don't stay as up-to-date on these things as I should be. Though others are much more active in the hobby then I am I figure knowing this knowledge would do them more good then anyone's. Mainly to keep the very active clients as well as the occasional ones such as myself with enough information to understand why covered BJs will most likely become more frequent.
Since 2023, it has been a well known fact that oral sex has been the leading cause in throat cancer. Within the same year I wrote about this being very common as of late and it seems as if social media is just now catching up on things. Has to be the slowest trend I've ever seen come up and the most ironic part about the entire thing is from a health stand point should be viewed as a lot more important. Anyway, at the time is was labeled as an epidemic since more cases were coming out. No one really connected the the cancer with oral since smoking tobacco and excessive drinking was originally the main causes of the cancer which when you think about it makes all the sense in the world.
At some point, doctors figured out that HPV is linked to throat cancer. Then it wasn't difficult for them to figure out if you suck dick all to often there's a chance that you may contract HPV. Again, this is nothing new but for the sake of knowing what to expect lets rehash this. Like we all know, there are people who carry HPV and don't know they have it. They may not show any symptoms and testing for it is a whole other conversation all should know by now. The theory that some are assuming, is others who don't know they have it could end up spreading the disease unintentionally in one form or another. For this case, orally spreading it is possible and can lead to throat cancer.
I'm sure a lot of you can look this up. This is really common knowledge and should be thought more then a few times when in this hobby. All this is just written here so that as a client you know why covered service could make a comeback. It's still here don't get me wrong, but I'm sure some of you have noticed more providers everyday are doing covered BJs. This is more for their safety as much as ours. Though I believe this will get to a point where covered BJs will be normal; at least from high-end providers.
All i can say, as usual, be careful when out there.
