This post flips the script a little — instead of sharing what
to do before a session, I’m going to tell you the things you should absolutely
avoid at all costs.
These are all based on personal experience, so you can consider them fully tested (and painfully verified) by me.
1) Jerking Off
No matter what you’ve read elsewhere, jerking off right before a session is setting yourself up for failure. Some guys claim it helps them last longer “for round two,” but in reality, it just drains your energy and reduces performance. Save it all for the real session. Honestly, I’d even recommend avoiding porn entirely on the day of your session.
2) Energy Drinks
I learned this the hard way. I still remember one session where I’d downed two Monsters (about 320 mg caffeine total). It was a disaster — my dick just wouldn’t cooperate, no matter what the girl did. And she was
model hot, tried everything for 20 minutes… but nothing worked. Caffeine overload can kill your performance. Skip the energy drinks before a session.
3) Excessive Alcohol
Who doesn’t enjoy 5+ beers on a good night? But before a session, that’s the fastest way to ruin it. Heavy drinking seriously interferes with your ability to get hard. That said, in small amounts (like one or two beers), alcohol can actually help — it calms the nerves without ruining performance. Just don’t overdo it.
4) Taking ED Meds Too Early
I’m a fan of Viagra and Cialis, but timing is everything. With Cialis, I’ve learned that the sweet spot is taking it at least two hours before a session. That way, the first round is mostly natural, and then by the 40–50 minute mark, the Cialis is in full effect, giving you a strong boost for round two. Take it too early, and you risk mistiming everything.
5) Delay Sprays (Total Scam)
I tried them early in my “career” as a hobbyist, and it was a complete failure. Delay sprays just numb your glans so much that you can’t even get hard properly. Honestly, they kill the fun before it starts. Do yourself a favor and skip them.
