It’s simple:
keep the engine running or don’t be surprised when it sputters. I’m not talking about going to the gym or doing cardio — those help, but they’re not the point.
The point is this: if you want reliable real-life performance, you need regular real-life maintenance. For me that means seeing a provider every two weeks or at least “feeding the beast” once a week.
I’ve noticed a pattern — long dry spells, awkward sessions — so I decided to investigate whether there’s any

Turns out there’s a plausible mix of biology and brain wiring:
regular sex keeps blood flow and tissue healthy, while years of solo, novelty-heavy porn can rewire your arousal so it responds to screens more than people. Add performance anxiety and you’ve got a recipe for soft surprises.
