Starting a brothel from scratch is a gigantic headache.

Alone the rent/purchase of a good location should scare off most people.

Then comes the casting and just the process of recruiting new girls.

Then you have to negotiate a good salary ratio with the girls (how much you get v how much the girl receives).

Then you have to buy condoms, beds, 100’s of sheets, a ton of towels etc.

You also have to have a written contract with the girls incase the authorities comes by.

Security is also another concern as violent gangs do rob these brothels from time to time.

Finally, you have to make sure that the girls you’re hiring isn’t trafficked. If the authorities comes by and you can’t prove that none of the girls are trafficked, you could receive a hefty fine and in the worst case possible, Jail.

My sugarbabe’s girlfriend from Venezuela actually ran a brothel in Switzerland. She used to work as an escort herself.
She started the brothel because she THOUGHT that she knew everything there was to know about the Industry. She had to close the establishment within a year because there was way more to it than what she thought.

All in all, she told me that it cost her €6000 per month and that’s just operational costs.

I would say that far most brothels closes a year or two after opening.
I’m in Denmark, it seems that new brothels are opening and “old” ones are closing every month.
